Every Professional situation is like an art exhibition. The walls are often the focus of ones attention in such a place. No one is really interested in staying in there for any other reason except for finding the exit in psychological senses. The walls and the works of art form the perfect circle for freedom within confines. A reflection of the entire civilization where the calculated amount of freedom is bestowed upon a population.

The walls also contain windows and doors to the real world but often people ignore them and concentrate on the patches of the wall were the clever use of chemicals causes the areas of canvas to selectively reflect a frequency of light creating an illusion of reality and/or familiarity.

The success of an art exhibition is in its ability to keep people from looking at doors and windows for as long as possible. Same is the situation for a workplace were the comfort,music, humor and sophistication is a means of keeping people in the office as long as possible.
