The 'Popular Gods' are the really important constituents of the human development and as it is for now they are very much here to stay , pretty much like no matter how many years pass by people shall keep having Elvis weekends , michael jackson fan clubs.
The thing here is that there is one thing called the godliness and a seemingly very similar but much more customer friendly "popular god". He too like Britney spears, gathers a very large number of listeners and the seats fill up faster than they open up , people are always saying something about him it can be with or against and he is always and almost daily heard /read and also occasionally smelled about too; In total a very well advertised entity.
This person is probably as confused as the rest of us as to the realities but has a vey handy resourses, but i think B.Spears also most often listens to Pink floyed or any real classical instrumental stuff like operas, violen and flute solos.
What i wish to say here is not that Mrs. Spears is irrelevent in her role but she is just a stage in real understanding of music which people get with time. Like religion every knows what is right but the difference and the transation between Knowing and realising of the truth is gradual process where everyone takes his own sweet time. It is pretty sure part of destiny like death and so called aging. People don't really get it untill they are already there and some of us make the trip faster or slower than others.
Circle only has one 'Side'
I always believed that if you are being" deprived of something that you have been longing for " one tends to develop extreme feeling about it many a times goes through the following stages..
DENIAL-
A pretentious stage of not loosing much and a sort of satisfaction with the things in hand and leads to preoccupation with the familiar and accessible rather than the 'one in the bush'.
CURIOSITY-
It tends to creep in every other time in the denial and probably the fight continues for long till the things loose the entropy and choose to settle in one side more often than the other, i would predict that the equilibrium kind of a state is reached that is still susceptible to fate and time.
I think the biggest curiosity is the one of happiness, at least initially. It is mainly provided by social reinforcement and the counter current is a loop that does persist in only in the aspects where the curiosities are answered.
IMPROVISATION-
This develops to a stage of strengthening the DENIAL aspect of the personality and curbs the curiosity, i think it is some time during this that people develop habits and hobbies and passions. These things are hard to develop if the person is more focused on reward .
Acceptance-
The person can end up most of the times with complete lack of commitment to urge for the hidden and apparently forbidden . The subject tends to loose all interest in it and ultimately becomes indifferent to the target , any yielding provided thus forth on the deprivation part shall no way incite a possible level of enthusiasm as it could have been.
This pathogenesis is followed by almost all human urges including the one for money , hence the old statement of "people who do not respect money are the ones who do not have any" can be true in a indirect sense.

Estranged..
Instrumental music is a Special mode of expression and most people respect it even without realizing that they might actually be loving it, Starting off with every ones favorite Solo's of Slash, Ted Neugent , jimmy page, Steve Vai, Richie blackmore or the long stretches in Pink Floyd and Dire straits songs . I never really appreciated what 'new age' music was like until i spent some time with the exclusive radio on Shoutcast, now i think i can easily spend a really very large part of my day listening to it.
For the people who don't understand instrumental music , i think it is mainly due to dependence on directions ....it is a crooked way to indicate the need for words . It has always been a indicated that people can understand much from music as is . If looked into closely i think for people who do not like instrumental music it is mainly due to a learned skill of being better at appreciating somethings that are said rather than the ones implied. Not to stress on the fact that even the better of wordy songs are appreciated for the message they delivered between the lines.(when i say 'wordy' i refer to those with significant literary content , not Rap songs)
I would like to use the term 'under influence' as i think the truly great music has the ability to effect the affect in a very precise and individual way such that the Psyche of a person is elevated beside and beyond the limits of vocally directed literary specimen. It is very easy to appreciate that the lyrics when at full throttle don't direct the listener in any specific direction and to be frank are blurry and confusingly obscure.Like a good story the the result and conclusions are never verbally delineated .
I think 'wordy' songs have an ability to provide the listener with a sense of security ;a state of being in control of the things happening or being said/shown in the video. There the object of focus is defined by the language and voice of the singer ; on the contrary, instrumental music provides the listener with a sense of freedom as to decide the meaning of the song for himself, most of the time the listener at the end stops deciding the meaning and enjoys the state of freedom and thoughtlessness. Most really great songs carry phenotypes from both the categories. Regarding the listener I think the people who like the so called wordy songs are mainly interested in watching it and mostly imagine acting or singing to it , Fans of instrumental music tend to prefer listening rather watching and more often than not imagine playing and dancing to the tunes.
[I can define a coherent relationship between idol worship and the contrary where the idol helps the Deity and provides a visual object to direct attention on].
Turn off the light
A strength of a person always parallels and at instances also defines his weaknesses ; seriously , I am not trying to confuse you here but the thing is pretty apparent if you read through.
The strength is nothing until the beholder recognizes its presence and significance , and as soon as this happens an urge to rely and reuse the ability creates a lacunae in the personality . This transformation into a weakness has been repeatedly shown in many wars in the history ; when someone else realizes its presence and decides to test a different aspect of the package.
Technically in common man's life where war and conspiracies are not that common the 'realization' of the strength is not an limiting factor. Probability takes care of that and only the fittest survives the newer rules in the newer conditions. The change in conditions is a continuous and a definite process that shall always guide the path all the way and given the number of people in the planet there shall always be someone with a better ability to do something that you have been guarding all the time.
This brings us back to the age old statement by Newton "everything that goes up must come down" and its not because it looses its energy , but it is mainly because the energy in a body is best suited for initiating a process in a definite direction from the native state ; It never promises to keep the body that way in the transformed state and the new condition thus created chooses a new package fittest for it.
For men a very parallel analogy can be drawn towards things like career and social life.
